Two adjustments:

Delete the bit about the BoDs - I can't imagine any of them leaving unless it's for major personal reasons (really bad health of member or close family).

Add, under the delusional part (!), an additional sudden large influx of money from several, if not many, other licensees who signed a similar agreement and only paid very small money up front (if any). (Do you really believe the likes of DirecTV got off cheap? Bosch?).

Now it works for me. I expect at least two of those things to happen. Hopefully all, as amended!

I could add more (e.g., contract for Holocom), but this is busy enough....
