<I've been mulling the Mistry addition to PTSC a lot. Mistry comes from Cognizant which is a sourcing / tech services company. My most logical conclusion is that they are beefing up leadership with experience in the implementation market - potentially CDX as the product and Healthcare / National Security the target market. >
My question about Mistry is not because we chose him, but the timing of it. Here's my problem with the timing.
On Oct 29th we were informed that ECLAT will launch a market validation study of CDX. I believe we were expecting the final report by the end of the year.
Mistry announced on Dec 7th. One would assume that there was a period prior to Dec 7 where PTSC may have been looking/talking?
But why would you bring in Mistry even before you have the final report from Baroni? What is the urgency to put another body on the BOD when it seems like the strategic direction of PDSG is somewhat dependant on what Baroni concludes? Is PTSC jumping the gun, or was the timing of the final report bogas info, or?????
