Given the amount of activity at USPTO, I certainly would agree that most of the license revenues this quarter may go to expenses. And the reserves may not even grow.

However, I think everyone here is going to be looking at the revenue side and trying to ascertain if indeed the price of a license has goine up, and by how much. If appearances tell us differently, then any last bit of credibility that TPL/Alliacense has, is going to be gone. Then the importance of a huge and public litigation settlement becomes imperative. IMHO
