I also don't think the numbers will be very good - I don't think we'll show a profit for the quarter - I certainly hope I'm wrong but I've learned from the past.

Well I'm expecting the numbers to be good based on what TPL stated that license rates have gone up. But I wont be surprised if they are not good.

As others have specified, our only hope is some type of (drastic) corporate action.

I think the MMP revalidation of the 336 will take us some where north and provide some future for quite some time. I'm not sure our fate hangs on a drastic coporate action. I do expect to see change soon by the shareholder meeting.
