BOD performance versus my share ROI

Here is my simple answer:

My ROI would look a lot better if the BOD did a better job. They get paid to be BOD members. My ROI does not show that their pay has been worth it. Yet. I truly hope to sing the praises of the long term vision and foresight of the BOD members in 2010. However, this will need to be based on share appreciation, profit, and ROI in my account.
