During the three months ended November 30, 2008, we recorded sales amounting to approximately $1,611,000 by our then consolidated variable interest entity, Holocom, with cost of sales amounting to approximately $700,000. Due to a re-consideration event we deconsolidated Holocom in May 2009 and no longer include Holocom’s revenues in our results of operations.
