They paid 10.2 million for Crossflow including goodwill of 1.6 million. (why the hell would you pay more than a company was worth going into a recession ???) and they are now stating it's only worth $1.8 million.

Sounds like Baroni will buy Crossflow for the BLUELIGHT special price and make some adjustment, land some contracts and it will be worth over 10 million once again. Just not for ptsc.

As late as our 4th qtr we were still buying Talis member units. We invested a total of aprox $1.3 million. The got a valuation in Aug'09 stating they overpaid and then they kept buying interests in the company afterwards.....These guys are f'ing MORONS if I'm understanding this correctly! Now they've taken an impairment charge of $680k....and it's being DISSOLVED!

WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? Noone knows because our BOD does not seem to respect shareholders.

Unless I'm misunderstanding something, PDSG is being closed up one entity at a time and it appears Crossflo is the only thing that's going to stick.
