In reading the 10Q, the word "housekeeping" also came to my mind. A lot of accounting adjustments - which make things look far worse than they really are. And it looks like they've nailed every bit of adjustment possible for probable tax advantage and to prepare a clean slate for the rest of the year/into the future. It sure ain't pretty though....
