In reading the 10Q, the word "housekeeping" also came to my mind. A lot of accounting adjustments - which make things look far worse than they really are.

Pay no attention to those failed business' behind the curtain. They mean nothing. Besides it is a great investment to have a future tax advantage. Now THAT is very shrewd of them.
