We have some tax advantages moving forward...

We have written off most of our investments......

We should see an ARS settlement soon......(up to 4 million in CASH that we already wrote off)

We should see a T3 settlement soon

We could see a BARCO settlement..

We are trying to recover some of the PDGS debacle through legal means,,(and 3 to 4 million shares and cash)

We should have a new CEO soon...

To be honest it cant get much worse.... it will be the MMP & and Holocom going forward
