Yes we did Mark. But there is a difference between a sound investment and a bad one. It is their duty to make sure the investment was prudent....if not we could hire monkeys to just toss darts at a business page and we buy wherever the dart lands. Is the BOD not responsible for evaluation of the investment or are they there just to collect their monthly compensation? JUst like the dividend debate. I will take dividends but not if we grant them to a our greedy warrant holder.
