two good points and I will add a third, why spend 30K with a lobbying firm on PDSG? What were they lobbying for with the defense dept.? I can see with your comments about Eclat not being in the PR and I guess not being charged here that Eclat is going to get something later? What will Eclat get? Stock? Money? PDSG?
