If PDSG didn't have that "sticky" component I could understand the whole investment being written off for tax credits however,
PDSG has subject matter experts derived from large scale project experience with both the Global Justice XML Data Model (GJXDM) and the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM). PDSG consultants have performed numerous NIEM and IEPD training sessions for IJIS Institute projects

“PDSG has developed into Dewpoint’s strategic partner for standards-based data sharing projects. We find their combination of deep expertise, technological acumen, and collaborative spirit a foundational element for our growth as a top tier integrator.”

Then there are the GSA contract, Montana HIE, California Criminal Justice Project, which indicates that there is a viable product.
Perhaps the "right" partner is required for consideration on any "sensitive" contract? Intuitively, further clarification is needed before I can think about writing-off the investment in PDSG.
