As a resident sports affectionado (whatever that is?! lol - and in truth, pappy and I as Steelers fans are resident sports EXPERTS) I have to argue with you and defend the BOD. They are not "worthless". They are humans, and God's children, and have immeasurable worth, and clearly they are competent as they have managed to enrich themselves through PTSC well beyond any measure of their success at PTSC.

That being said, I do think they are worthless to us as PTSC shareholders in stewarding and managing the company, and my opinion is fully supported by the historical record. Furthermore, that record proves their incompentence at achieving any real success in the aspects they are charged with as directors of a public company.
