Dear Patriot Shareholders,

We wish to thank everyone who took the time to state your opinion about the recent transgressions on this forum. We appreciate your arguments and hope that with the assistance of our staff, we can set the record straight and get the community moving in a factual, evidence based discussion.

As a veteran of discussion forums, I understand that investors have a tendancy to sway from company fundamentals during the lag time between press releases. As such, we are willing to give everyone a little latitude.

However, given the number of members that post to this forum, a little latitude for everyone can quickly turn into a forum that is inundated by off-topic posts, replies to off-topic posts, personal attacks and a breakdown of the very reason we are here - to discuss the fundamentals of this company.

When members persist on raising issues that are strictly personal, and do not pertain to Patriot or the industry, then those messages are:

A) Likely to be reported as a violation and

B) Removed as a result of a violation.

Furthermore, one of the most important requirements in communal participation is to set aside personal issues – this is tantamount to group participation. Our system is both self serving and straightforward - it's based on merit and trust. From the trust we extend to our members, from the trust investors extend to each other.

We can understand that investors will ultimately choose corners but in any case, simply setting the record straight, with facts, will do the trick. We invite disagreement, as long as you are disagreeing with a fact or opinion and not taking jabs at any specific posters or unspecified groups. These HUB’s are not the place to let a personal rant go.

We typically like to let our micro-communities set their own standards, which means giving the community some latitude to decide what is and what is not acceptable. However, our “6 Rules of Use” remains the backbone to Peace, Order and Good Governance on AGORACOM.

That being said, going forward from this point on (and 48 hours retroactively – some older posts will likely be deleted as part of this sweep), we will be strictly applying our “6 Rules of Use”:

As a point of clarification, we wish to specify that the posts that were removed did not contain any material information - rather, the posts that were removed as a part of this sweep were of a strictly personal and/or inflammatory nature.

1. PROFANITY - Swearing or use of foul language is strictly prohibited… in any language (We have 42 interpreters on staff to keep an eye on those International members). For the record, ##$!#&% or any combination thereof is considered profanity.

2. DEROGATORY COMMENTS TOWARDS OTHERS - Calling another member an idiot, clown, stupid, dumb, moron or ##x%x# for brains is strictly prohibited.

3. OFF-TOPIC OR IRRELEVANT COMMENTS - Yes, nobody can believe what happened to Turtle on Entourage, or that Monica Lewinsky took a job at the Kremlin, or that Romo dropped the field goal snap and crushed Cowboy fans everwhere. However, this is not the place to discuss TV shows, politics or sports… O.K. maybe a little sports.

4. SPAMMING OR CLAIMS OF INSIDER INFORMATION - Enough said… unless your brother in-law really is Michael Dell’s chauffeur.

5. BASHING OR HYPING – Unsubstantiated claims of grandeur or impending doom are best left to Nostradamus as they will cost you some valuable points towards your rating. Also included in this category is repetition of the same question, fact or opinion over and over after a response has been provided or if there is currently no ascertainable answer.

6. Caps lock and use of !!!!!!! - NOTHING AND WE MEAN NOTHING IS MORE AGGRAVATING AND ANNOYING THAN READING A POST THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS!!!!!! IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY, IT DOESN’T BECOME ANYMORE NOTICEABLE WHEN YOU TYPE IT IN CAPS!!!!! IN FACT, MOST PEOPLE TEND TO IGNORE THESE KINDS OF POSTS!!!!... Exceptions will be made for those deserted on a deserted island (with a kick ass internet connection) and sending out a distress signal, or anyone who invested in WorldCom, Enron, Tyco, Nortel, Webvan, Pets.com or Sideware and needs to freak out every year.

Once again, I wish to state my confidence in our system, and it is one we can be proud of. And for a website that makes NO MONEY by flipping ads or generates ANY income from page views the fact that over 1 million unique users visited our site is tantamount to our systems popularity and it's success.

As such, we will fully enforce the AGORACOM 6 Rules of Use for the purposes of getting this forum back on track. Particularly, we will be enforcing the rule against off-topic and irrelevant discussion, which appears to be the biggest transgression of late.

I thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing the board return to great discussion pertaining to Duran Ventures.
