The funny thing that someone just made me realize is that suppoosedly, the response our BOD had to purportedly giving our prior CEO "too much latitude" was to add CEO duties to our CFO's position. That'll definitely give them more control, give one guy power to both manage the company and write the checks. Sheesh! Brilliant!
