the quote you gave said,' During July 2008, Holocom obtained a credit facility for up to $300,000 from a third party, the facility’s term extended to May 1, 2009, and was guaranteed by us. As a result of our guarantee on the third party credit facility, which we were not contractually required to provide, we maintained a variable interest in Holocom as we are obligated under the guarantee to repay the third party should Holocom default on the credit facility.

With out doing any digging, I am wonderering which one of our cronies or insiders benefitted from our guaranteeing that loan.
