I bothered because the discussion was heading towards another love fest with the Holocom news posted.

Holocom issues a press release. You tie it to PTSC with this:

If memory serves, we paid $750,000.00 for Holocom and patents. They deal with government contracts and have many contacts within. This acquisition has paid for itself many times. IMO

I posted to clarify that PTSC paid for a minority non-controling stake in Holocom and patents and has recently deconsolodated Holocom from financial results.
