Thank you for your post. You are the first investor that I have seen who knew HF senior. Was he a personal friend of yours or did he seek you out and ask you to invest? As you know, there are many many unhappy investors here who are upset for the same reasons that you are upset. I don't know what your views are on trying to do something legally to recoop some of our SP, but would be interested on hearing your views. I am curiious to know what your background is also--did you work for Nano, are you a MD? I certainly can't imagine that HF senior would be happy with what is going on here.
