Brian,

As I understand it Lincoln and Swartz have been bought out of 12M warrants and have had a combined 35M warrants re-priced at $.015? Have you seen any restrictions on when these can be converted and sold? Gee why don`t we just begin giving them these warrants for free? I`m just afraid this whole warrant debacle that we got ourselves into is going to haunt us forever.
