With the apparent disagreement between Mr. Moore & TPL surrounding accounting of settlement monies - what has the BOD done to insure expenses are legitimate and PTSC is getting what it is due.

.. please add... How does the BoD monitor TPL's accounting to make sure everything is as it should be.. and more importantly how can the retail shareholders be certain that PDS accounting is indeed being monitored satisfactorily.. besides taking the word of CJ or the BoD.... ?
