Actually, that would be very unfair to those attending the SHM. If announcement(s) are made the morning of the meeting, it limits the ability of shareholders attending to do DD and trade on that DD. It can be done, but it's tough to trade on a plane, train, etc. Even if one can be tuned in to the news in a timely fashion.

GLTA...........I say nothing is going on with the company and nothing will be announced before or during the meeting. When the fog of reexam clears things will start to move. NOT BEFORE!
