Ronran, thanks for your realistic expectations in regard the CMC. However, is it entirely possible that the judge will set a trial date and would this not be worthy of a pr? If no date is set at this conference... how and when might that be determined? Are the parties called again to the courthouse to iron out a date or will they simply be notified by the court? Again, imo a trial date has got to result in a spike in price.
