Thanks for the information. I had asked PTSC over a month ago for an agenda and I was told that they were not providing one. Then I decided to call the Intercontinental Hotel about two weeks ago to ask if perhaps they had been provided with an agenda or a presentation outline that might hint at who might be speaking. They too informed me that they had no such agenda.
At least we now know, thanks to your efforts, that Larry Henneman will be presenting. My guess is it has to do with the current reexam and possibly something to do with the TPL, Moore, PTSC relationship.
Just this morning, I had been reading over documents in the image file wrapper of the previous rexamination (90/008,237). There were three certificates previously submitted by Henneman:
Moore certifies that he is assignee of his entire right, title and interest by virtue of chain of title
PTSC certifieds that it is assignee of entire right, title and interest of Russel Fish by virtue of chain of title
TPL certifies that it is the assignee of at least a portion of the right, title and interest of inventor Charles Moore by chain of title.
Maybe the assignee status has now changed for at least TPL.
One more week to wait for the outcome of the ASHM.
