Make CM an offer???......With what, restricted assets?.....There's not enough cash to buy out CM without a royalty structure IMO......

We're not doing anything other than sitting on our hands because we didn't assert in court the patents are valid until proven otherwise IMO. So the BOD support/defending anything is like putting chainlink around a dirt field.....
