I suggest that anyone who wishes to talk about the "legal aspects" of what to do send either biajj or Ron a PM---I say this without having talked with either of them recently, so I hope it is ok. They can at least point you in the right direction. However, one person can not do anything by themselves--it takes a group effort. Wolf or BaNosser would make good lead point people if they are willing and it comes to that.
