"To me it smacks of manipulation and I'll be sending a complaint to the SEC to look into this message board and the way some of the members are publicly making unproven allegations against the BOD. Pretty smart of some members that don't post on this board anymore so that they can keep their name's clear of any potential investigation. I've seen some cases where shareholders manipulated stocks on a message board and got prosecuted.

Btw, this board was controlled by the company in 2007 via Agora itself and now it looks as if it gets controlled by some members without Agora doing anything against it.
