If this apparent push for an SEC investigation is successful, and the investor community is made aware, our PPS will go to zip regardless of whether any wrongdoing is discovered or not.
No buyers, only sellers. What do YOU think would happen?
But really, this is just another suggestion by one (directed by others, no doubt) in an effort to scare people out of their shares. If you can't see through this, you are blind.
Why NOW? The first 24 items listed have been known for over six months; most have been known for YEARS.
And IMO it's just another occasion, of several recently, of going to wild extremes to acquire shares on-the-cheap. The CREW is frantic, it appears, throwing away any credibility they may have previously enjoyed.
Why else would a shareholder call for an action that would put his investment in the dirt for the foreseeable future?
Look at the extremes these folks are going to! Ease ultimately exposing his motives and intent, Ron defending bashing - "it's okay because there is no long term impact", and now this.
THEY must think some really good things are about to happen.
BTW, the concerns of Wolf's post are for the most part worthy concerns IMO. But suggesting, with a link, complaints to the SEC is way over the top. And the mere threat of something actually happening along these lines is probably enough to scare some folks into selling.
BTW2: IMO, I doubt the SEC would take complaints seriously. This is an OTCBB security. Complaining about this, with no truly hard evidence for most/any concerns, is like complaining to the cops about losing money in a game of craps in an alley. And I'm sure those calling for this action know this.
