Today I just started by catching up with yesterdays posts and the very definition of COMBATIVE is incorporated in the overall tenor. I am as disappointed as the next guy in the waste of money, the poor decisions of the board, the lack of transparency, the lack of signings especially in Germany, and of course the bottom line the s/p. but I still have faith in the MMP. My GOD, how could we generate over or close to 250 mil from signings. The patents are sound it's the execution by the board.

When money of the hundreds of millions is available and the lack of transparency is also present you have the setting for the perfect storm, GREED, I could use another word but I don't want my message deleted.

I personally don't think that the discussions on a forum like this, has much affect on the s/p, but today will be a good test of that hypothesis. Count me in if someone with the know how wants to go forwards in hiring a lawyer, in the meantime PEACE to all.
