Just want the BOD held accountable for their actions/lack of actions and judgment. No matter how one looks at it, they pissed through a lot of money. Since the BOD fires the CEO for faulty judgement shouldn't some members of the BOD be replaced??

As far as the possible of BOD being compensated for their appoinments on other boards that do buisness doling out the money form the lawsuits, I believe that should be disclosed as well.
