As far as Swartz's sell records, why would he sell BEFORE good news? No, he like anyone else postured to sell would after the news hit. Nothing there....
Not all news events ended up being good. You know there was long periods of time between news events and when we actually recieved numbers in the Quarterly's. Many shares were purchased on the anticipation of good news only to be disappointed after the news. I would like to see his sell patterns leading up to news as well as after news. No one would be able to hit the selling perfect imo every time.
And you suspect they left a paper trail, assuming there is anything to this? Why call for an investigation when, wrongdoing or not, you KNOW darned well there would be nothing to find?
I think they would have to be pretty stupid to leave a papertrail. No I'm thinking perhaps Turley or a secretary or someone else on the inside may come forward with information.
