Finally got home to do some checking on how I came up with the approx. $25/month for Baroni number.

Per the 10Q, $136K was spent on consulting expense. Baroni was engaged on or about 7/10/09. 10Q goes to 11/30/09. That's about 21 weeks. (136/21) X 4 = ~$25.9/month.

However, there is a flaw in the calculation, in that the 21 weeks span more than the one qtr. So, $136K/13 weeks (one qtr) = ~$10.5/week, or X 4.333 = $45K/month. A significant difference.
