We all found out about the 1 mil loan to TPL from the last 10K.

Just recently CM made a public announcement about who no longer works for TPL and who is employeed at Green Arrays and suggests that they should change the info on their (TPL) website. Why did this take almost a year to recognize publicly ? Pressure to not let that money burn a hole in TPL pockets? HMMMM..... Perhaps some kind of immediate partial settlement in the making? Trying to make TPL look like a patent troll? Who knows? Something else to think about.
