Thank you for the response, although I disagree with some of the points esp. the separation of the CEO and CFO role is due to….” as one increases in complexity”…….

even in my own S- Corp papers it was instructed to me to separate the Pres. and Treasurer titles into two separate individuals….these two officers are separated for a real reason…not complexity…but for a simple check and balance on the company and its financial dealings…so I dismiss that "off the mark" reasoning for the separation of the two entities. My other concern is how “hard’ are you going after those involved with the”action against the former Crossflo officers which is not limited as to claim amount”…in other words, to (a) what monetary limit and (b)possible civil or federal charges could they be brought in court on.

Lastly, I addressed my letter to Mr. Flowers and received a response back from…. Patriot Scientific Corporation…

Did Mr. Flowers receive and read my questions or did my questionnaire just go to a clerk in some IR dept with a standard answer…I deserve and expect a response from the person I addressed the letter to and not from some corporate name on the bottom of an email….once again showing that no one at the corporate level seems to have any respect or concern to even answer a direct communiqué under the addressed individuals name.

Respectful thanks for the return email but I truly expected more from the leadership of my corporation.
