I am also wondering how many shares voted against the board and the one proposal. I know exactly how many shares I voted against the board and the proposal. Obviously they had enough votes to continue as usual. My hope is that they see a growing trend that moves them to improve their actions to favor shareholders. I wonder how many shares or what percentage of shares voted against them. I wonder if that rate is increasing. I wonder if those that voted against them are somehow able to unite and take the board to task.
