Thanks for a great update from the shareholders meeting. I felt like I was in the room reading your post.

I'm encouraged by the notes. I think if the BoD recognizes they screwed up, that it is a big step forward. I think a good sign is that the BoD is perhaps coming to the understanding that they can better serve the shareholders by doing nothing but bank the revenues, buy back shares and possibly distribute dividends. I guess the question I have is how many BoD members and management personel to we need to do this? My guess is a lot less than we have.

Based on what was said about the MMP and the licensing program I am encouraged that we may be nearing the end of the credible patent challenges and that license fees should go up soon. Thats if we can believe what the Leckrones say.
