After reading the recaps, really, that's it. Seemingly, nothing more.

The PTSC Managers and BoD are literally helpless, but unwilling to do the honorable thing and recognize that it means they should remove themselves and grant qualified directors and managers an opportunity. Aside from not bankrupting the company, and not giving away the MMP, I'm not sure, nor are they able to defend, what they have accomplished over the last 4 years.
