Whew! I am glad someone else remembered, I was worried that I had just dreamed it. lol Thank you, Ron. I could not remember the exact date. I noticed for the first time today that the combined ``5`` are now called the ``fujitsu action``--I kept thinking that they would infom the court about fujitsu only--it may be settlement news from all five of them.
