That effort was doomed before it even arrived at PTSC for the reasons previously given.

Had there been any merit whatsoever in the proposal it should have been resubmitted in 2009 with "countervailing legal opinion". That it wasn't speaks volumes as to the veracity of the claims being made. There again, there's always the opportunity to resubmit in 2010. (smiley)

What is the probability of a "basher-initiated" proxy solicitation to remove the BoD?

Zero.

It's one thing casting allegations but a totally different matter when those same allegations carry personal financial liabilities in a formal setting if they can't be proven.
