Any shareholder vote from February 28, 2010 must be reported on Form 8-K(Section 5.07) within four buisness days after close of the meeting.

Therefore, the only statutory requirement is to disclose the voting results in the relevant 10-Q or 10-K, until after the next meeting, when they will appear as stated above.
