Shortly after that, Mistry (who works for Cognizant)is announced as a new director. Perhaps having Mistry on the board is no coincidence.

It has been suggested that this might be a conflict of interest. Carlton Johnson is a board member who works for Eric Swartz, a name known to most of us as having provided funding to Patriot. Why is it not a conflict of interest for a Carlton Johnson, a board member and chairman of the audit committee to also be an employee of the company that financed PTSC? I'm not understanding why it is a conflict for Mistry and not Johnson.
