another question in my mind is,
is there any rule that a company has to inform their shareholder reg. the shm ?
in case i didn´t have the ability to be connect to the internet, or I´m not able to handle the internet, how I´m be aware that there will be a shm ?
normalwise the shm will be held late october. how will i be aware that the shm is/ was distributed to january 2010 and will be held instead of california in chicago.
normalwise i receive a letter from my bank with details of the shm. up to now (all theyears ago) I didn´t receive any papers or proxy-votes. therefore the question, what happens to all these shares reg. the proxy-voting ?
are this shares counting for or against the proposals ?
is there any rule by sec or other institutions that the company has to inform their shareholder briefly ?
I personal believe that mainly all overseas shareholder gettin no briefly advise about the shm. therefore the next question will be, if the results of the shm are in conformation with the - maybe- sec. rules ?
I´m sure, at least the share which will held overseas will have an amount of aproxx 10%., maybe more.
