I doubt any of those who hold the majority of the shares are happy with .13. I know Swartz would not be which is why he dumped from $2 on down (after all as he said, if we lose the J3 we are probably a .15 stock, 'magically' he was somehow right). And as we know, despite the rhetoric at the time, he sold out while most others remained holding the bag; (I am pretty sure there is a term for that). This BoD, through either orchestrated maneuvers or ineptness, has lost my faith and trust. They will not regain it regardless of whether the MMP delivers or not, and regardless of whether the share price ever recovers. Of course, I am sure they don't really give a damn about that either.
