Rather than hand-holding, I suggest that some research is done into the role of the BJS. Here's a clue: SNA_PID.

If CDX4 doesn't meet expectations, it would be a very poor and easily read bluff. However, if it is all that is claimed, it is a play of pure genius - the BoD has just raised the stake.
