If changes are to be made, proposals need to be submitted to PTSC by June 1st. If you don't understand what Gloria is trying to do by "asking for 120 more days", sorry buddy, I can't help you.

Why dont you just prepare those proposals and we come back to the BOD topic in May. Then there should still be plenty time for those changes.

Again to not get me wrong. I am not satisfied with the BOD. But 120 Days is not too much to ask for. and in May we all will see if new directios are headed for. It is their last shot and I am willing to give em those days.

By the way: I do not see any other way than to cut overheads and give away the MMP income to the shareholders. That is where we are heading anyways imo.
