TPL no longer mentioned as joint owner-is there a reason?

I mentioned this once before and it may be worth mentioning again. The press releases for the MMP on the TPL website have a significant change of wording as follows:

Prior to Oct. 5, 2009, and as far back as I can remember, all press releases have always mentioned that the MMP is jointly owned by TPL and Patriot.

Beginning with the Oct. 5, 2009 press release (Wave of MMP Licensees) there is no mention of joint ownership. That includes the Oct. 27 Force 10 press release and the Nov. 20 V-Tech press release.

On the TPL website under IntellaSys….it states under company info: The TPL Group, a privately owned company, is the exclusive licensing agent for the Moore Microprocessor Patent™ (MMP) Portfolio. Again no mention of joint ownership.

Of no importance to us but also interesting is what Chuck Moore has to say about GreenArrays connection to TPL and the fact that some of these people are still listed on the TPL website as officers of IntellaSys:

GreenArrays, Inc. wishes to clarify that none of the GreenArrays corporate officers, employees or consultants are currently employed in any capacity by Technology Properties Limited (TPL) or by any of TPL’s business units, including IntellaSys.
