Is the 3 cent move on 200,000+ shares good news or bad?

It seems like good news since it took very few trades to move the stock up 3 cents. But then I ask why and who is buying small amounts of this stock. It's only $30,000 - $35,000 worth of trading so far, could go to $100K + today. Doesn't seem like that's big guns in there yet.

Can this really sugget anything is different?
