Strangely enough, in my various reviews, I've never noticed that "milestone" was a signatory to the US Constitution. Nor was I ever made aware of the Executive Order that required that the only allowable and acceptable forms of action were those suggested or approved of by "milestone" or PTSC. Yet, I'm pretty sure influence exerted outside of those "narrow" paths has effected change at PTSC. Hmmm.....
