Our board will use every means available to them to prevent shareholders from placing proposals for vote at the annual meetings. We have a board that voted to limit the number of director positions to five, thereby assuring a majority vote for the three longest standing directors. Do you really think that they would welcome our proxy to change the by-laws in such a way that we actually could vote them out?
There are actually two questions that should come to mind
Have they done anything illegal? I am not qualified to answer that question
Have they served us (shareholders) well? I think not.
