Had the nominations been valid there would be no grounds on which to not have them included.

Nor do I know any of the BoD personally, so your final question should be asked of them directly, but the comments from Felcyn are encouraging. Should you contact any of the current BoD, it might be worthwhile asking how they perceive the BoD structure in the event that CDX4 has a positive review.
